Returns and Exchanges
Zippy Skirts is committed to customer satisfaction. We believe in quality, value and quality service. Hopefully you experience all of these things with us. We sincerely appreciate the chance to earn your business.
We do not exchange for change of mind and wrong size purchases for sale items.
Faulty items are repaired, replaced or refunded depending on individual circumstances. Sale items cannot be returned.
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise please contact our customer service department within 7 days of receiving goods on email firstname.lastname@example.org When emailing regarding a fault please describe the fault details on the email to help us resolve your issue quickly.
We offer full refund on any merchandise that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. If the product is faulty we will gladly replace the item or refund. If the item is replaced it will be shipped free of charge. Damage caused of the customer’s own fault cannot apply for refund.
Please ensure to enclose your original delivery docket / invoice, along with a clear description of the fault. We aim to have your refund processed within 24 hours of receiving; however some faults have to be assessed before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case we will keep you informed on a regular basis via email updates. This process usually takes around 2 to 3 days and once completed you should receive your refund or replacement within 2 - 4 business days of the approval given
We will gladly accept refunds on faulty goods within 21 days; please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving goods then return items in original condition within 21 days of receiving goods. We will gladly accept exchanges for full price items if you change your mind; please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving goods then return items in original condition within 14 days (at your expense).
Exchanged or refunded item(s) must be return in their original condition and packaging. All returns should be shipped to the return centre address below in original condition. No COD returns will be accepted. All returns to be sent to the following address:ZIPPY SKIRTS PTY

If you need to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below:
- All returns need prior approval by emailing us on email@example.com
- Complete the Exchanges & Return form (sent with original product) and enclose with your return merchandise. Be sure to complete all fields to ensure prompt turn around. To check if your exchange items are in stock, jump on the Zippy Skirts website and make sure your design and size is available.
- Pack all items with your original invoice or a copy in a secure package. Please ensure that all items are securely enclosed in a satchel as we are not able to accept them if damaged by outside parties.
- Address your package to ZIPPY SKIRTS PTY, PO Box 878, Torquay, VIC, 3228 AUSTRALIA
- Attend your local Post Office and send items to the above address. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest insured and/or registered post as Zippy Skirts is not liable for lost return parcels.
- Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive your exchange/refund as quickly as possible. We will keep you informed via email to keep you updated on your exchange or refund.
